When Will You Receive Your Order?

Domestic Orders (within India)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by factors like inaccurate addresses, unserviceable pin codes, adverse weather, natural calamities, festivals, political disruptions, or curfews. In such cases, delivery may take 7–14 business days. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Order Cancellation or Rejection

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, or rejected at the time of delivery (applicable to both COD and prepaid orders), shipping costs will be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Partial COD is available on all orders.

Reporting a Shipping Issue

  • If you'd like to report an issue with your order, like incorrect details, please let us know before it leaves our warehouse, if possible.
  • For any concerns after delivery, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notification or the product itself.
